- 1 that you are heating in the oven as guests arrive
- 1 sweet-at my house it’s a plate of store bought sweets (baking and I don’t get along-trust me it’s not pretty!)

Cold
- Stuffed Black Olives – My mom’s favorite appetizer for every Christmas Eve, black olives stuffed with softened cream cheese and sprinkle a little paprika on top. We had a problem with these, my sister’s and I ate these faster than we could make them…
- Tomato Basil Cheese Tortellini – Just cook frozen tortellini per package directions, toss with basil pesto and cool in the refrigerator for a couple or hours. Skewer on tooth picks with a half of a grape tomato-yum!

Holiday Snack Mix
Serves: 4 (~1/2 cup per person)
1 cup Chex Corn Mix Cereal
1/2 cup colored M&M’s
1 cup mini pretzels
- Mix together & enjoy!
Guacamole Bites
Serves: 4 (2 scoops/2 cucumber slices per person)
1 avocado
8 scoop chips
8 seedless cucumber slices
Salt
2-4 tsp salsa
1/4 red bell pepper
- Dice red bell pepper finely.
- Slice avocado and discard pit & skin.
- Mix avocado with salsa & salt with fork.
- Scoop into chips & cucumber slices.
- Sprinkle red bell pepper on top.
Goat Cheese & Pistachio Dip
Goat cheese log, softened
Guava paste, thinly sliced
Pistachios, shelled & chopped finely
Honey
- Spread goat cheese on wax paper.
- Place guava on center of goat cheese.
- Roll goat cheese in log with guava and store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- When ready to serve; roll in pistachios and drizzle with honey. Serve with your favorite crackers or baguettes.
Blue Cheese Honey Dip
2 tbsp honey
1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1 Tbsp bbq seasoning
1 tsp garlic powder
1 Tbsp salt
1 cup sour cream
1 cup Greek Yogurt
1. Make a day ahead when you can. Taste it and season a little more if needed before serving with your favorite chips or crackers.
