Spices add so much flavor, a little goes a long way!
Your spices need a little TLC to ensure they are giving you flavor:
- Store away from sunlight, a drawer laying down is a great easy to use location.
- Write the date purchased on bottom of container.
- Check your best by dates-old spices=less/no flavor.
A little dash does wonders on top of a dish;
- Ranch Seasoning on chicken. Yes they make a ranch seasoning, my daughter loves it and was surprised I didn’t know about it…
- Oregano on pork or sautéed veggies.
- Montreal Steak Seasoning is great on eggs.
- Garlic Powder on pizza, just a dash and per my husband no pizza is complete without it…
- Tajin Classico Seasoning, it has chili peppers, sea salt and lime. Great on seafood and just about everything, makes a great dip!
- Red Pepper Flakes for a kick that my son loves on everything…
