Appetizers Dinner Party

Veggies, Shrimp & Pinwheels

Serves 6

1 pt grape tomatoes

2 cucumbers, peeled & sliced

8 thin slices Swiss cheese

8 thin slices Provolone cheese

16 thin slices turkey

16 thin slices roast beef

1 lb (26-30) cooked shrimp

1 jar of cocktail sauce

1 pkg (8) Large Mission Tortillas

1 jar stoneground mustard

1 jar Ranch Dressing 

Veggie Tray; grape tomatoes, cucumber, ranch dressing

Shrimp Tray; shrimp & cocktail sauce

Wrap tray; 

  • Lay out 4 tortillas and place 4 slices of turkey on each tortilla.  Rip up 2 pieces of the provolone for each tortilla and place on top of the turkey.
  • Lay out 4 tortillas and place 4 slices of roast beef on each tortilla.  Rip up 2 pieces of the Swiss cheese for each tortilla and place on the roast beef.
  • Roll each tortilla up tightly, using a bread knife to slice into 4 pinwheels each.  
  • Place on platter with a bowl of mustard in the center.

When I moved I bought myself these corelle dishes, something I had always wanted. White dishes that highlight the beauty of the food you are serving. Super sturdy and versatile 🙂
