- Baby Back Ribs
- Dry seasoning like bbq or cajun for a kick
- Beer, your favorite
- BBQ Sauce, some for the ribs and some for on the side
- Pull ribs out of your fridge about an hour before cooking.
- Using a good sharp knife remove the silver skin from back and trim fat.
- Generously coat with your favorite dry seasoning.
- About a 1/2 hour before you are ready start your smoker set it for 250 degrees. Of course ensure your hopper if full of wood pellets.
- Wrap your ribs in foil and put on smoker for 3 hours.
- Remove ribs and add about a half of cup of your favorite beer over top of ribs and smoke for another 2 hours.
- Remove ribs from packet and put on grill and coat with your favorite bbq sauce and smoke for another hour.
- Enjoy, these ribs will be fall off the bone delicious!
