Smoking at our house is an all day affair. It usually involves plotting, prepping & planning the perfect meat with the perfect seasonings and sauces. It always ends with an amazing result! Our Pit Boss Grill is awesome, helping provide countless delicious meals. I have found that my husband’s grill doesn’t start without his favorite beer in his hand, so make sure and add that to your list 🙂

Enjoy!
