6 peaches
1/4 cup Jack Daniels Whiskey
1 cup hickory bbq sauce
2 Tbsp brown sugar
- Cut slits in skin of peaches (scoring).
- Add to boiling water for about 10-15 min until skin starts to peal.
- Cool slightly, remove skin and discard pit.
- Chop peaches and add to pan over medium low heat with all ingredients to gently simmer for 30 minutes, stirring a few times.
- Serve like this or you can use your stick blender for a smooth sauce, so much great flavor no matter how you serve it. 😊
Enjoy with steak, burgers, pork tenderloin or even as a sauce for your favorite meatballs.
