Hickory Jack Peach BBQ Sauce

6 peaches

1/4 cup Jack Daniels Whiskey

1 cup hickory bbq sauce

2 Tbsp brown sugar

  1. Cut slits in skin of peaches (scoring).
  2. Add to boiling water for about 10-15 min until skin starts to peal.
  3. Cool slightly, remove skin and discard pit.
  4. Chop peaches and add to pan over medium low heat with all ingredients to gently simmer for 30 minutes, stirring a few times. 
  5. Serve like this or you can use your stick blender for a smooth sauce, so much great flavor no matter how you serve it. 😊

Enjoy with steak, burgers, pork tenderloin or even as a sauce for your favorite meatballs.
