Tuna Bow-Tie Macaroni Salad

1 cup Mayonnaise+

1 cup Greek Yogurt, plain

1 lb Farfalle Pasta

2 cans tuna, drained

1 cup frozen sweet peas

1/2 cup dill relish

2 peppers seeds removed & diced, red, orange or yellow

2 Tbsp Italian Herb Seasoning

1 Tbsp Salt

  1. Cook Pasta according to the package directions and let cool for a few minutes before you add the rest of the ingredients.

Tips;  Pasta soaks up the mayo so right before you serve you might need to add a little more.  Garnish with additional Herb Seasoning.

Red Peppers can add a burst of flavor and color to your favorite dishes.  As they can sometimes be little pricey, a little goes a long way.  Add them to your Tuna Salads, Stir Fry or scrambled eggs.  Serve on your veggie tray for dipping or use as a serving vessel for your favorite dip.
