Roast Beef Spinner Rolls

1 tube pizza dough

10 slices provolone cheese

16 slices thin roast beef

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1 jar (8 oz) horseradish

1 egg

Flour

1 tsp garlic salt

  1. Mix mayo and horseradish in a bowl.
  2. Make egg wash by mixing egg in a bowl with a little water.
  3. Sprinkle flour on a large cutting board or counter.
  4. Place pizza dough on flour and roll out just a little.
  5. Layer roast beef and a couple of spoons of the horseradish mixture and cheese.  
  6. Rolls up length wise.  
  7. Slice with a bread knife in rolls and place on parchment lined pan.
  8. Baste with egg wash mixture, sprinkle with garlic salt and bake for 15-20 minutes at 375 degrees until golden brown.
  9. Serve with extra horseradish dip and enjoy!

Tip: as you roll pinch toward yourself. Brush edge with egg wash and then seal. These are great for a party, make ahead and keep warm in your slow-cooker.
