Serves 4
3 large Russet potatoes
3 Tbsp Italian Dressing
1 tsp salt
- Chop potatoes in bite size pieces (somewhat similar size).
- Add potatoes to pan and drizzle with 2 Tbsp Italian Dressing and salt.
- Saute covered over med heat for 10 minutes.
- Check if the potato is done by breaking in half.
- Drizzle remaining Italian Dressing over potatoes and saute uncovered for about 5 minutes over medium high heat to caramelize finishing with incredible flavor.
These yummy potatoes came about when we were camping and I didn’t have any oil to saute them in over the fire. So I grabbed Italian Dressing from the night before Salad and wow! Great flavor, these are requested often for breakfast and dinner!
