1/2 lb bacon
4.5 cups bisquick
2 cups water
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 Tbsp bbq seasoning
Non-stick spray
- Chop bacon into pieces and saute until crispy. Remove from fat and drain.
- Mix bisquick with water. After throughly mixed, stir in bacon, cheddar cheese, and bbq seasoning.
- Spray mini-muffin pan with non-stick pan and spoon dough in.
- Bake for 10 min at 350, rotate pans and baked until brown, about 10 minutes more.
