Makes 2 good size casserole dishes
1 Tbsp canola oil
1lb elbow macaroni
2lbs ground beef
1 onion, peeled & diced
1 Tbsp minced garlic
2 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
29 oz tomato sauce
6 oz tomato paste
28 oz diced tomatoes
1 Tbsp Oregano
1 Tbsp Basil
1 Tbsp Garlic Salt
1 tsp pepper
2 cups Beef Broth
1 Tbsp Paprika
1 green pepper, seeds removed & diced
1 red pepper, seeds removed & diced
ΒΌ cup sugar
Parmesan Cheese
- Add oil to large saute pan and brown ground beef and onion together. Drain and discard excess grease.
- Mix everything together in a large bowl.
- Add to casserole dishes, cover and cook for 1.5 hours.
- Serve with Parmesan Cheese sprinkled on top.
