2 cups cold leftover stuffing
2 eggs
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1 cup fried onions
1/2 cup frying oil (we use canola)
- Mix stuffing, egg, fried onions and bread crumbs together. Form appetizer size little bites by rolling in your hands. Press each bite together well and place on paper plate.
- Heat oil over medium high heat. Using tongs put stuffing bites in oil and quickly brown, place back on paper plate.
- Finish cooking for 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
