Smoky Sweet Wings

5 lbs chicken wings

4 Tbsp Grill Mates Sweet & Smoky Rub

1 cup Country Sweet Best Cooking Sauce

  1. Preheat smoker for 30 min. We used Pittboss competition blend pellets.
  2. Separate wing at tip drummette and flat. Discard tips. 
  3. Season wings with smoky rub.
  4. Smoke at 250 for 45 min, flip over and cook for 30 more min. Turn heat to 425 for 15 min.
  5. Toss with heated country sweet sauce.

I love cooking with my husband Mike, we do pretty well together in the kitchen, well most days anyway, ha ha…….He knows his way around a grill and the past few years has been working on his smoking technique.
