Roast Beef Rosemary Sliders

12 slider rolls

2 pounds roast beef

12 slices Swiss cheese

1 Tbsp melted butter

1 tsp nutmeg

Sesame Seeds

Sauce for rolls

2 Tbsp Mayo

1/4 cup horseradish

2 Tbsp Mustard

Sauce for dipping

2 cups beef broth

1/4 cup Worcester 

1/4 cup red wine

Drippings from roast beef if you made it

1 Tbsp dried rosemary

1 tsp salt

  1. Make sauce for rolls by whisking ingredients together.
  2. Using a basting brush slather sauce for rolls on inside of bun. Top with roast beef and cheese and other bun half. Baste butter over top of rolls and sprinkle with sesame seeds and nutmeg.
  3. Roast sliders in oven at 350 for 5-7 min. Watching closely not to burn buns.
  4. Make sauce for dipping by bringing everything to a boil and then low simmer for 15 min.  Strain rosemary out of sauce before serving.
