Truthfully I saw the design of this recipe on social media. I knew I wanted to come up with something fun of the holiday. Once I made this I originally planned on calling this recipe “something I will never make again.”  Was it not good you ask? No it tastes awesome! Was it expensive? Not at all. Was it hard? Not really. Was it annoying? YES. I chose the sausage rounds to use for the filling with shredded cheese. Wrapping dough around that size of something is awkward and time consuming. Especially if you don’t like repetitive actions in a recipe. So if you want to avoid the annoying part you could easily fill your dough with something more round and easily coverable like goat cheese or even a grape tomato. If your ok with a little annoyance make it this way with the sausage rounds it really is so good tasting!

Merry Christmas!
