1 baguette
1 goat cheese log, room temperature
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic salt
Tomatoes (we used grape), dehydrated
1 Tbsp Italian Seasoning
2 Tbsp Balsamic Glaze
- Slice baguette in small rounds.
- Mix garlic salt and oil and using a basting brush, brush bread.
- Toast bread in oven or oil side down in a pan.
- Let cool.
- Spread goat cheese on baguette round and place 2-3 tomatoes in cheese.
- Sprinkle with Italian Seasoning.
- Drizzle Balsamic Glaze over baguette or serve glaze on the side.
