Tasty Tomatoes & Goat Cheese Bruschetta

1 baguette

1 goat cheese log, room temperature 

1 Tbsp olive oil

1 tsp garlic salt

Tomatoes (we used grape), dehydrated

1 Tbsp Italian Seasoning

2 Tbsp Balsamic Glaze

  1. Slice baguette in small rounds.
  2. Mix garlic salt and oil and using a basting brush, brush bread.
  3. Toast bread in oven or oil side down in a pan.
  4. Let cool.
  5. Spread goat cheese on baguette round and place 2-3 tomatoes in cheese. 
  6. Sprinkle with Italian Seasoning.
  7. Drizzle Balsamic Glaze over baguette or serve glaze on the side.
