2 cups of cooked rice
2 Tbsp oil
2 eggs
1/4 cup scallions, chopped
1/2 onion, diced
2 Tbsp ginger, diced
1 Tbsp garlic, diced
1/4 cup of Bachan’s Japanese Barbecue Sauce
- Heat oil on medium high. Break eggs into oil and quickly soft scramble. Using chop sticks works great. Remove eggs with slotted spoon and set on paper towel lined plate.
- Add rice, scallions, onion, ginger, garlic and sauce and stir fry as rice starts to lightly brown for a few minutes. Turn off heat, stir in egg and serve with extra Japanese Barbecue Sauce on the side.
