
1 cup shredded carrots, chopped
1 cup broccoli florets, chopped
1/2 cup flour
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
1 cup Taco Style Shredded Cheese
2 eggs
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp salt
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Mix everything together except the bread crumbs.
- Using your hands roll to press together and form little rounds.
- Lay out bread crumbs on a plate and place round in crumbs on each side.
- Put rounds on baking sheet and bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
Tips:
- Veggies; any kind of leftover veggies will do, just make sure if you use frozen, they are defrosted, water will make these hard to form.
- Cheese; get crazy, use whatever you have in the fridge should be delicious!
- Reheat; these taste great reheated in the air fryer.
- These make a great side dish or an appetizer.
