Winner, Winner Easy Chicken Pot Pie Dinner!

Makes 2 pies

4 frozen pie crusts

1 Tbsp onion powder

2 Tbsp garlic powder

2 Tbsp Herbes de Provence

1 tsp salt

1 tsp pepper

2 Tbsp flour

1 bag (12 oz) frozen peas & carrots

1 can (15 oz) diced potatoes, peeled and diced

2-3 cups shredded cooked rotisserie chicken

1 jar (18oz) Chicken Gravy

  1. Mix everything together but the pie crusts.
  2. Divide the mixture in half and spoon half into a pie crust and half into another pie crust.  
  3. Cover the 2 pies each with another pie crust.
  4. Cut a couple of slits in top of crust and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
