10 radishes, sliced thinly
1 cup white vinegar
3/4 cup water
1/4 cup honey
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1 Tbsp sugar
- Whisk everything together except the radishes and boil for 1 minute.
- Cool slightly & pour mixture over radishes in a glass bowl, cover and refrigerate.
Note: These are HOT & SPICY. Great over salads, fresh spring rolls, a snack on their own. Oh if you don’t have a glass bowl, a glass measuring cup works like I used..ha. ha. ha., but it worked!
