1 ½ cups smooth peanut butter
¼ cup apple cider vinegar
1 cup apple juice
¼ cup sesame oil
¼ cup soy sauce
1 tsp salt
- Microwave peanut butter for 30 seconds.
- Whisk vigorously in the rest of the ingredients, serve and then store in your refrigerator.
Note: Great used in a stir fry or served on the side for your favorite dipping sauce with things like Fresh Spring Rolls, Shrimp or fruit.
