Ham Horseradish & Cheese Sliders

24 pack Hawaiian Sweet Rolls

1lb ham, sliced

16-18 slices Swiss cheese

24 Bread & Butter pickle chips

1/2 cup Dijon mustard

1 heaping Tbsp prepared horseradish 

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce 

1 Tbsp Brown sugar

1 stick of unsalted butter, softened 

1 Tbsp minced garlic 

1 tsp poppy seeds 

  1. Cut rolls in half horizontally and put on the bottom half in baking dish.
  2. Mix mustard and horseradish together and spread on bottom half of rolls. 
  3. Top with Swiss cheese and then the ham. Top the ham with pickle chips then the remainder of Swiss cheese 
  4. Put the top half of rolls on.
  5. Mix butter, brown sugar, Worcestershire, garlic and poppy seed. Spread mixture on top of rolls.
  6. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes covered with foil. 
  7. Remove foil and poke hole in rolls with a sharp knife to let butter mixture seep into rolls. 
  8. Bake another 10-15 minutes uncovered until golden brown. Enjoy!
