1 bunch scallions
1 pkg (10 oz) matchstick carrots
1 Tbsp ground ginger
¼ cup Bachan’s Japanese Barbecue Sauce
1 Tbsp Sesame Oil
1 Tbsp Honey
1 tsp Teriyaki sauce
1 tsp salt
2 Tbs minced garlic
1lb ground pork
Cooked rice
- Chop off the ends of scallions and discard. Dice the white scallion parts and the green parts and keep separate.
- Cook the white scallions in the sesame oil over low heat to soften.
- Add the pork and cook until done.
- Mix in the carrots, ginger, Bachan’s, honey, teriyaki, salt and garlic and bring to a quick simmer. Reduce heat to low and cook for 3-5 more minutes.
- Top with Scallions & serve over your favorite rice.
